Ingredients

  • 4 boneless breast fillets
  • 1 tray Mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder or garlic salt
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 lemon (its juice)
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1 cup cold water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Wash the breasts, dry with paper and add the lemon juice. Season with garlic, oregano and pepper to taste (don't salt it yet) Let it rest for about 10 minutes. In a skillet with a lid, heat a splash of oil. When it is hot, place the breasts and seal on both sides.
  • Step 2
  • When the chicken is sealed, salt it on both sides and add the water and wine. Cover and cook for 20 minutes (turn the chicken around after 10 minutes) uncover and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  • Step 3
  • Clean the mushrooms and chop into slices. Melt the butter and add the mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes, add salt, pepper and turn off. Serve the brisket and add the mushrooms on top.
