  • 2 chicken thighs.

  • 1 medium carrot.
  • 3 ripe tomatoes.
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves.
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 pinch of ground cumin
  • ¼ cup of oil.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
