  • 4 chicken steaks

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Clean the chicken fillets, remove bones, cartilage and fat, wash with plenty of water and dry.
  • Step 2
  • In a bowl, add the 4 cloves of garlic, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce; then add the chicken fillets and leave them for a few minutes.

  • The oil is placed in a pan to heat it up and a plate is prepared with absorbent paper.
