Join me and let's see how to make Chicken samosas and tzatziki sauce.
Instructions:
Step 1
To make the Samosas: Saute the onion in three tablespoons of oil, add the salt to make it sweat. It must be very finely chopped and cooked very slowly until it caramelizes. Add the thighs cut into small pieces and peppered, and the minced garlic. Saute until lightly browned.
Step 2
Add the curry and lightly toast with the chicken, add a spoonful of water and let it do chup, chup for a minute.
Step 3
While the chicken stir-fry is being prepared, we cook the vegetables.
Step 4
Drain the vegetables and add them to the chicken and curry sauce. Let it cool slightly. While it cools the chicken with vegetables, cut the phyllo slices into three strips. We take strip by strip and brush it with butter. We make three layers.
Step 5
We put a lot of filling in it. We fold by making triangles about itself about four times. What is left over we pick up and put it inside the dough.
Step 6
We paint again with butter and add some white or black sesame seeds.
Step 7
Bake at 200ºC for about 15 minutes.
Step 8
To make the Tzatziki sauce: Grate the cucumber finely. As it will release a lot of liquid, we drain it well. Mix the yogurt, a very finely chopped garlic, the lemon and season. Finally, we add the mint. And a splash of olive oil.
