1.5 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/4 cup olive oil
3 cloves of garlic, minced
2 teaspoons dried oregano
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
4 pita bread rounds
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and diced
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup fresh dill, chopped
1/2 cup fresh mint, chopped
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1 tomato, diced
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Step 1
In a bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken cubes and marinate for at least 15 minutes, or up to 1 hour in the refrigerator.

While the chicken is marinating, prepare the Tzatziki sauce. In another bowl, combine diced cucumber, Greek yogurt, chopped dill, chopped mint, and a pinch of salt. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the soaked wooden skewers.
