Join me and let's see how to make Chicken tikka masala
Instructions:
Step 1
To begin with, we are going to macerate the already chopped chicken in a mixture made with yogurt, salt, lemon juice and half of the spices. The chicken must be soaked in this mixture and must be kept that way for at least 2 hours in the fridge. You can stay longer, even from one day to the next.
Step 2
On the other hand, we pass the tomato with the onion and garlic through the blender until there is a uniform paste.
Step 3
Saute the chicken until golden brown and set aside.
Step 4
In the same pan, reduce the tomato paste with another 2 tablespoons of oil on the fire until it thickens a little and darkens. We added salt and half of the spices that we had reserved.
Step 5
To complete the dish, mix the chicken with the tomato and add the milk.
Step 6
As soon as the sauce reduces and the chicken is well done inside, we will have the chicken tikka masala ready. We can serve it with white rice.
