  • 4 chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of artichokes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of chicken stock
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Step 2
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste and cook in the pan for 5-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.

  • Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
