  • 4 boneless chicken thighs.
  • 1 shallot
  • 4 cloves of garlic.
  • 55 gr. of mushrooms.
  • 85 gr. of shiitake mushrooms.
  • 2 tsp. of thyme.
  • 2 tsp. of oregano.
  • 2 tsp. of rosemary.
  • 陆 cup of marsala.
  • Lemon zest.
  • Lemon juice.
  • 1 陆 cup of vegetable broth.
  • 113 gr. of kale.
  • 170 gr. of mascarpone cheese.
  • Pepper.
  • Salt.

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crisp, 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Step 2
  • Remove from the pan and set aside.
  • Step 3
  • In the same pan, place 1 tablespoon of olive oil and cook the chicken thighs and legs for 5 minutes on both sides. Salt and pepper. Remove from the heat once cooked.
