  • 4 tablespoons of oil.
  • 500 g of chicken breast cut into strips.
  • 150 g of mushrooms cut into slices.
  • 50 g of pitted black olives.
  • 50 g of pitted green olives.
  • 1 large onion cut in brunoise.
  • 4 crushed garlic cloves.
  • 1 carrot in small cubes.
  • ½ teaspoon of oregano.
  • 1 tablespoon of wheat flour.
  • 100 ml of white wine.
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Paprika powder.
  • Salt and pepper.

  • Heat the oil in the pan and add the chicken, sear on both sides.
