Instructions:
Step 1
Start by salt and pepper the chicken, skinless, previously chopped.
Step 2
In a pot, place the olive oil.
Step 3
Add the skinless garlic cloves in the oil and fry them over high heat until soft but not toasted.
Step 4
Then remove them from the oil and set them aside for later.
Step 5
Place the chicken pieces and the sprig of thyme, rosemary and bay leaf in the pot with oil, and fry them until golden brown. Remember to cover the pot to speed up the process and prevent oil from escaping.
Step 6
Remove half of the oil from the pot and add the garlic you reserved previously to the chicken, then add the wine and coriander, cover and wait 8 minutes, until the mixture is reduced and you get a very rich sauce.
Step 7
You can accompany your garlic chicken with the garnish you like the most, for example with mashed potatoes, vegetable salad, white rice, among others.
