Recipe of Marinated chicken

Discover how to prepare a delicious marinated chicken with boletus mushrooms, an easy and flavorful recipe that will conquer your table. This dish combines the juiciness of chicken with the earthy aroma of boletus, enhanced by a marinade of spices such as smoked paprika, cumin, and oregano. Originating from Spanish home cooking, this stew is perfect for a comforting weekday meal or to surprise your guests with a gourmet touch.

The key is marinating: letting the chicken rest with the spices and white wine for at least half an hour allows the flavors to integrate deeply. Then, it is quickly fried to achieve a golden exterior and tender interior. The boletus, sautéed separately, provide a meaty texture and intense flavor that harmonizes perfectly.

This recipe is ideal for those seeking a simple preparation without sacrificing taste. You can adjust the spices to your liking, and even substitute boletus with other mushrooms if preferred. The result is a versatile dish that pairs well with sides like rice, potatoes, or a fresh salad.
