200g dark chocolate (for glaze)

Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

In a saucepan, heat honey and sugar until dissolved. Remove from heat.

In a separate bowl, sift flour, cinnamon, and cloves. Add candied peel, almonds, baking powder, and lemon zest.
