Instructions:

Step 1
• Whisk the butter with the sugar until they become a cream, add the condensed milk and mix again. Now add the yolk and wait until it is integrated into the mixture.
Step 2
• Pour in the cornstarch and knead it into a dough that doesn't stick to your fingers.
Step 3
• Wrap it in film and refrigerate it for 1 hour. Remove from the fridge.
Step 4
• Preheat the oven to 160º
Step 5
• Put parchment paper on a baking sheet, cut the mace and make balls with it, put them on the paper taking care not to leave them too close since they will grow in the oven.
Step 6
• With a fork, pass it over cornstarch, so it doesn't stick to the dough, and you put pressure on the cookies.
Step 7
• Bake them for 12 minutes at 160º and then let them cool on a rack.
