  • 1 yolk
  • 350 g cornstarch
  • 25 g butter
  • 40 g flower or impalpable sugar

  • Whisk the butter with the sugar until they become a cream, add the condensed milk and mix again. Now add the yolk and wait until it is integrated into the mixture.
