Being oat, they are high in fiber and when sweetened with the same ripe banana they are lower in sugar than regular oatmeal cookies. Grind the bananas, add the cinnamon, vanilla, 1 tablespoon of agave syrup. Add the oats little by little, until it forms a dough.
