  • 1 beaten egg
  • 8-10 medium chocolates
  • Flour

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place some flour on the table and roll out the puff pastry. Divide the dough in half and in one of them place the chocolates forming 2 parallel lines as shown in the figure, starting with 6.
  • Step 2
  • Brush with beaten egg around the chocolates, cover with the rest of the dough, press a little so that it adheres to the shape of the chocolates and cut. Add the remaining dough, knead and repeat the procedure with the other chocolates.
  • Step 3
  • Place the cookies on baking paper and brush with beaten egg. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and sprinkle with icing sugar.
