Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place some flour on the table and roll out the puff pastry. Divide the dough in half and in one of them place the chocolates forming 2 parallel lines as shown in the figure, starting with 6.

Brush with beaten egg around the chocolates, cover with the rest of the dough, press a little so that it adheres to the shape of the chocolates and cut. Add the remaining dough, knead and repeat the procedure with the other chocolates.
Step 3
Place the cookies on baking paper and brush with beaten egg. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and sprinkle with icing sugar.
