Recipe of Vegan orange brioche

Put the flour in a bowl

In another bowl, mix the vegetable drink, the orange juice, the margarine, the oil, the yeast, the orange zest and the pan.

Dilute everything well and add the mixture to the flour bowl. Knead very well until you get a very smooth dough and place it in a bowl, cover it with a cloth and let it rest. I had to leave it for quite some time, about an hour and a half approximately.

Once its volume has doubled, we knead it lightly again, removing the air. We divide the dough (I have divided it into 11 80g balls) we shape it into a ball with our hand trying to put pressure on the dough.

Brush the mold with a little olive oil and place the balls, cover and let them rest for another 1 hour and a half.

After the time has passed, I painted them with a mixture of a little olive oil, vegetable drink and turmeric to give it a little more color and I baked it for 20 minutes at 200°C.
