  • 1 cup of black beans (let them soak the night before)
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 peeled and unpeeled tomato cut in brunoise
  • 1/2 half butternut squash peeled and cut into small cubes
  • 1 L. of natural vegetable broth

Instructions:

    Step 1
