Instructions:
Step 1
In a saucepan we will put the oil and the onion cut into julienne strips, when it is poached add the vegetables cut into pieces, sauté and leave for a few minutes.
Step 2
Add salt and a little bit of oregano, stirring from time to time, then add a splash of milk to sweat the vegetables.
Step 3
We stir from time to time.
Step 4
After a few minutes, add the rest of the milk and cover the vegetables, cover, lower the heat to the minimum and let the vegetables cook until tender.
Step 5
Once tender, remove from the heat and grind with the blender.
Step 6
Let it cool down and take it to the fridge until time we are going to eat.
Step 7
It's time for lunch, we take our cream out of the fridge and serve it in a bowl.
Step 8
Cut the slices of bread into cubes and set aside, peel the prawns and pass them through a pan and then brown the pieces of bread in that same oil. We decorate our cream and bring it to the table.
