In a bowl, put the flour, milk and melted butter and mix very well until you make a ball.

Knead for 5 minutes, put the dough back in the bowl and cover it with film and let it rest for an hour.

Meanwhile, we boil a peeled potato, when it is soft we take it out and put it in a bowl, crush it to make puree, add salt and pepper to taste, add well and add the two tablespoons of mayonnaise and mix very well.

After the hour has passed, we take the ball and with a rolling pin we crush and make a round dough of about 22cm.

We put cheese, mashed potatoes on top and more cheese on top (I used mozzarella).

We join the ends of the dough in the center and knead again without pressing much. Then, we put the already stuffed bread in a pre-greased and heated pan, over medium heat.

We leave it until it is browned, then we turn it over and let it brown on the other side as well and that's it!
