Wash, peel and cut all the vegetables. Put a pot with a good splash of olive oil on a medium-high heat.

Add all the vegetables to the pot and fry well. Then add salt, water (the vegetables have to be covered, but not much), the broth tablet and let everything cook for approx. 35 minutes.
Step 3
Finally, turn off the heat and add the cheeses. We shred everything very well. (if necessary, remove a little broth before shredding, it's a little to taste).
