3 eggs 175 g dark chocolate 175 g butter 100 g sugar 75 g flour 1 cup of speculoos spices Truffle 400 ml whipping cream 200 g dark chocolate.

Step 1

To make the truffle, chop the chocolate and put it in a bowl. Heat the cream and when it boils, add it to the chopped chocolate. We stir well so that it falls apart and integrates. We film on contact and when it cools down we put it in the fridge.
