Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 175 g dark chocolate
  • 175 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 75 g flour
  • 1 cup of speculoos spices
  • Truffle
  • 400 ml whipping cream
  • 200 g dark chocolate.

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • To make the truffle, chop the chocolate and put it in a bowl. Heat the cream and when it boils, add it to the chopped chocolate. We stir well so that it falls apart and integrates. We film on contact and when it cools down we put it in the fridge.

  • We leave it for a few hours because it has to be very cold.

  • Once cold, we assemble it with rods. We store it in a pastry bag and in the fridge.

  • Now the brownie. Whiten the eggs with the sugar until it doubles in size.

  • Meanwhile, we melt the chocolate with the butter in a water bath. Let it warm up a little and add it little by little to the mixture of eggs and sugar.

  • Put parchment paper in a tray and add the well-distributed dough.

  • Bake at 190° for about 25 minutes or so until done.
