Instructions:

Step 1
• Separate the yolks from the whites
Step 2
• Put the condensed and evaporated milk in a pot and add the 5 yolks, keep on medium heat for 20 minutes without letting it boil
Step 3
• Once warm, add it in small glasses, as in this case, once cold add the Swiss meringue, made with 5 egg whites
Step 4
• Sprinkle with cinnamon to taste, refrigerate and serve as dessert
