  • 200g (7 oz) of plain biscuits (e.g., malt biscuits)
  • 120g (4 oz) of butter
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 150g (5 oz) of mixed lollies (e.g., fruit puffs or Eskimo lollies), chopped
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • Sprinkles (optional, for decoration)

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Crush the biscuits into small pieces, but not too fine.
  • Step 2
  • In a saucepan, melt the butter and sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring until well combined.
  • Step 3
  • Remove from heat and pour the butter mixture over the crushed biscuits. Mix until all biscuits are coated.
  • Step 4
  • Add the chopped lollies and desiccated coconut to the biscuit mixture. Stir until evenly distributed.

  • Lay out a sheet of plastic wrap and transfer the mixture onto it.

  • Shape the mixture into a log shape, about 25cm long, using the plastic wrap to help you roll and mold it.

  • Roll the log in sprinkles if desired for a colorful finish.

  • Wrap the log tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, or until it becomes firm.
