Ingredients

  • 200 g of all-purpose flour.
  • 100 g of cold butter.
  • 80 g of sugar.
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
  • 1 and ½ cup of milk.
  • 1 cup of mango juice
  • 150 g of sugar.
  • 3 egg yolks.
  • 2 tablespoons of cornstarch.
  • 2 mangoes between ripe and green.
  • 1 cup of mango in strips
  • 1/2 cup of Sugar.

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  • Add the cold butter with the sugar, the egg, the vanilla, a pinch of salt and the flour to form a shortcrust pastry.
