  • 2 cups ripe mango pulp
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 cup full-fat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios)
  • A pinch of saffron strands (optional)

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ripe mango pulp and condensed milk. Mix well.

  • In a separate pan, bring full-fat milk to a boil. Reduce the milk to half by simmering it while stirring continuously.

  • Allow the milk to cool slightly and add it to the mango mixture. Mix in cardamom powder, chopped nuts, and saffron strands (if using). Combine all ingredients thoroughly.

  • Pour the mixture into kulfi molds or small, airtight containers. Seal them with aluminum foil or lids.
