Instructions:

Step 1
• Crumble the punch in a bowl or container that is convenient to handle.
Step 2
• Add the condensed milk until it forms a consistent dough.
Step 3
• With your hands or the help of a measuring spoon, form large balls for Mickey's face and small balls for the ears.
Step 4
• Dip the tip of the sticks in chocolate and insert them into the large balls. Refrigerate for 20 min.
Step 5
• Melt the chocolate in a water bath with the butter. Once melted, cool.
Step 6
• Dip the large and small spheres in the chocolate, place the large ones in a container that keeps them stable and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Step 7
• Once the chocolate has solidified, glue the smaller spheres to them with a drop of chocolate, to form the ears and refrigerate 10 more minutes.
Step 8
• They can be garnished by sprinkling candies on top before refrigerating the pancake.
Step 9
• Whisk the butter with the sugar in a bowl until creamy, add the egg and vanilla while mixing well.
Step 10
• Add the flour and mix in an enveloping way until integrated, then add the milk and continue mixing gently.
Step 11
• Place the mixture in a mold approximately 16 cm in diameter by 10 cm high, or in several small molds, pre-greased and floured.
Step 12
• Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
