  • 60 g egg whites (or another egg)
  • 50 g milk
  • To taste Vanilla essence
  • Sweetener to taste (I didn't use).

  • Super easy. For the caramel, put the erythritol, milk and baking soda in the bottom of a cup and microwave for 1-2 minutes, until you see that it has a toasted caramel color.
