Instructions:
Step 1
Super easy. For the caramel, put the erythritol, milk and baking soda in the bottom of a cup and microwave for 1-2 minutes, until you see that it has a toasted caramel color.
Step 2
When we have it, we put the mixture of the custard ingredients in that same cup and take 2 minutes to the microwave. Make it a big cup and that you have plenty of space.
Step 3
Let it cool down, unmold it and keep it in the fridge to eat it very fresh.
