Today we will teach you a classic Russian preparation, we will teach you how to prepare pineapple and passion fruit pavlova with syrup, a tasty dessert that everyone will want to try. Separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat the egg whites until meringue.

Gradually add the cup of sugar and, once the meringue point is reached, add the vanilla essence, vinegar and cornstarch.

Place two 20 cm diameter circles of aluminum foil, parchment or non-stick on a baking sheet.

Divide the mixture in two, empty it into the paper circles forming thick discs and bake for 60 minutes at 150°C.
