    Gradually add the cup of sugar and, once the meringue point is reached, add the vanilla essence, vinegar and cornstarch.

    Place two 20 cm diameter circles of aluminum foil, parchment or non-stick on a baking sheet.

    Divide the mixture in two, empty it into the paper circles forming thick discs and bake for 60 minutes at 150°C.

    After the time has elapsed, turn off the oven and leave the discs inside for an additional 30 minutes.6 In a pot, place a cup of sugar, 1/2 cup of water and the passion fruit pulp together with the pineapple pieces. Cook on low heat for 20 minutes or until you get a thick syrup.
