Instructions:

Step 1
• Make a dry candy and place the sliced pineapples on top when you're ready. If they are natural pineapples, they are placed immediately, if they are jar cones, on the other hand, let them drain before placing them.
Step 2
• For the dough, combine all the ingredients, except the milk, and mix. When everything is integrated, we add milk little by little until a dough forms that doesn't stick to our hands.
Step 3
• Whisk the dough over the pineapples and caramel and bake in a preheated oven, at 180°C for about 15 to 20 minutes, until the dough is golden brown.
Step 4
• Boiled, we wait for it to cool, turn it over and serve.
