Instructions:
Step 1
First, put the potatoes to cook and the eggs in a saucepan and let them cool
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 200 on both sides.
Step 3
Cut the puff pastry, paint with the egg and bake for about 20 minutes (set aside)
Step 4
Once the potatoes are cold, cut into small squares and add the egg, the sticks and the prawns (also chopped), the tuna, the peas, olives and about half a pomegranate. Add the salt (I put a little olive oil and a splash of vinegar, but this is optional).
Step 5
Add the mayonnaise, open the puffs and fill with the salad.
