  • ½ cup of sugar.
  • ½ cup of cinnamon.
  • 1 cup of fine long rice.
  • 2 cinnamon sticks.
  • ½ cup of condensed milk.
  • 2 cups of flour.
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • ground crackers.

  • In a saucepan, combine rice, milk, water, sugar, salt and cinnamon sticks.
