Recipe of Watermelon jelly cups

Instructions:

Step 1
• Using a melon ball, remove about 8 balls from the watermelon and set aside.
Step 2
• Remove the remaining watermelon pulp, add it to a small bowl and set aside.
Step 3
• In a pot over medium heat, add kiwi, water and sugar and simmer.
Step 4
• Reduce heat to low and cook for 2 minutes, then turn off heat.
Step 5
• Add the dissolved gelatin and mix well.
Step 6
• Pour a layer of kiwi jelly into each glass and place the glasses in the refrigerator until the layer is firm.
Step 7
• In a small bowl, combine Calpis and gelatin and stir until combined.
Step 8
• Pour a layer of this mixture onto the green layer.
Step 9
• Using a chocolate pen or melted chocolate, draw seeds inside the glasses.
Step 10
• Place the glasses in the refrigerator until the chocolate and white coating are ready.
Step 11
• In a blender, add the watermelon and puree.
Step 12
• Strain the seeds if necessary and place the watermelon in a bowl together with the jelly.
Step 13
• Stir until combined.
Step 14
• Pour a layer of watermelon mix over the white layer.
Step 15
• Place the glasses back in the refrigerator until ready.
Step 16
• Add watermelon balls to the top of each glass and enjoy!
