2 cans of tuna in good quality olive oil (80 to 100 g cans)
mayonnaise
300 g fried tomato homemade or packaged

Instructions:
Step 1
Put the eggs to cook in a saucepan with water and salt, when they break the boil, leave for 13-15 minutes for the yolks to be cooked, put in a drainer and pass through cold water to cut the cooking, set aside until they cool down.
Step 2
Peel and cut in half on the longest part, remove the yolks and reserve the cooked whites in a bowl.
Step 3
Add the drained and shredded tuna to the yolks (reserve 4 of them) with 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise, mix well until a paste is made, add salt and add a spoonful of fried tomato. (The mix can be done with the Túrmix kitchen processor or with the Thermomix)
Step 4
In a bowl, cover the bottom with fried tomato, fill the cooked whites with the tuna paste, yolks, mayonnaise and tomato and color the stuffed halves upside down, complete the dish.
Step 5
Put grated mayonnaise and the 4 yolks that we had reserved on top, leave in the fridge until serving. It's really cold.
