  • Soy sauce
  • Terikaki sauce
  • A few drops of Tabasco
  • Grated ginger
  • Purple onion
  • Lime juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 radishes
  • Capers
  • Chinese Cabellin

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Cut the tuna into slices of the same size and thickness.
  • Step 2
  • Place the tuna in a bowl and pour twice as much soy as terikaki and grate a generous piece of ginger. Refrigerate while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.
