  • For the hamburgers:
  • 600 grams frozen skinless hake fillets

  • 2 tablespoons wheat flour
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Sunflower oil for frying
  • For roasted peppers:
  • 1 kilo red pepper
  • Olive oil spray
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • For the roasted peppers: Clean the peppers and place them in the air fryer basket. Spray oil on top. Cook 25 minutes at 175 degrees, turning them over halfway through cooking. Remove from the basket, temper and clean by removing the skin and seeds and cutting them into strips. Reserve in a bowl with the filtered juice, the finely chopped garlic and the extra virgin olive oil on top
  • Step 2
  • For the hamburgers: Defrost, drain and shred the hake fillets together with the anchovy cream and flour. Make a dough that can be worked with your hands. Make small balls, roll them through breadcrumbs and crush them to make the hamburgers and spray oil on top of each one.

  • Place the hamburgers in the fryer basket and cook for 20 minutes at 175 degrees, turning them over halfway through cooking
