  • 2 tsp. of ketchup.
  • 1 tsp. of mustard.
  • 1/4 tsp. of smoked paprika.
  • 1/4 tsp. of onion powder.
  • 1/4 tsp. of garlic powder.
  • 1/2 tsp. of chopped parsley leaves.
  • 50 gr. of Cheddar cheese.
  • 650 gr. of minced meat.
  • 1 tsp. of condiment salt.
  • 1/2 tsp. of onion powder.
  • 1/2 tsp. of Worcestershire sauce.
  • 1/4 tsp. of black pepper.
  • Brioche bread.
  • Lettuce.
  • Tomato.

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Using a mandolin, cut each potato into thin slices.
  • Step 2
  • Then transfer them to a bowl of ice water and add the vinegar.

  • Drain the potato slices on paper towels and let them dry for at least 30 minutes.

  • In a saucepan, heat the oil until it reaches 380º.
