Step 1

Spread it on a tray suitable for oven, cut half an onion into julienne strips and add it. Season with oil, salt and pepper and a little rosemary. Baked at 180 about 40 minutes

In the meantime, we are going to season our hake that I have already bought clean and in pieces, I season it with salt, pepper and thyme and rosemary, and finally we also add a splash of olive oil
