  • 2 hake loins (or 4 fillets)
  • 150 g onion
  • 1 potato
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 splash of olive oil
  • The juice of half a lemon (I put it whole)
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Dill
  • Parsley.

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • In a bowl, place the hake, finely chopped garlic, dill, parsley and pepper. Reserve the flavors to combine while we make the vegetables.
  • Step 2
  • In a microwave-safe container, place the potatoes cut into slices, on top of the sliced onion, add a little salt, a splash of oil and half of a lemon.
  • Step 3
  • Cook the potato and onion for 7 minutes, covering in a container with a lid or transparent film
  • Step 4
  • After this time, place the pieces of hake and make a splash of oil and the rest of the lemon on the fish, cover and cook 8 more minutes, after this time take it out of the microwave and let it rest.
  • Step 5
  • Serve the pieces of hake on a layer of potatoes and onions.
  • Step 6
