In a bowl, place the hake, finely chopped garlic, dill, parsley and pepper. Reserve the flavors to combine while we make the vegetables.

In a microwave-safe container, place the potatoes cut into slices, on top of the sliced onion, add a little salt, a splash of oil and half of a lemon.

Cook the potato and onion for 7 minutes, covering in a container with a lid or transparent film

After this time, place the pieces of hake and make a splash of oil and the rest of the lemon on the fish, cover and cook 8 more minutes, after this time take it out of the microwave and let it rest.

Serve the pieces of hake on a layer of potatoes and onions.
