Join me and let's see how to make Mussels in wine.
Instructions:
Step 1
First of all, we will clean the mussels thoroughly. We place them in a colander and rinse with cold tap water, removing gently by hand. If we find an open mussel, we tap it gently on the table and wait for it to close. If it doesn't, we'll dispose of it along with those that smell bad or have a broken shell. Once soaked, we take them out of the container and cut the beards with scissors.
Step 2
We clean the shell by scraping it with a wire scouring pad (commonly known as lullabies) until it is smooth. Once stripped of threads and organic remains, we pass them through the water twice more before cooking. Once cleaned, melt the butter in a large saucepan, crush the garlic and add it whole with the skin. Add the pepper and introduce the mussels. Pour the wine over high heat and after 1 -2 minutes we cover and lower it to low heat.
Step 3
Cook for 4-7 minutes (until they are all open) and that's it! Bon Appetit.
