  • 450 gr. of skinless salmon, divided into 4 fillets.
  • 2 Tbsp of lemon juice.
  • 1 tsp. of salt.
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  • 1 1/2 cups of heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice.
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable broth.
  • 1 tsp. of salt.
  • 1 tsp. of chili.
  • 3/4 cup of dried tomatoes rehydrated in oil.
  • 4 Tbsp of chopped basil.
