  • 300 g of flour.
  • 150 g of pomade butter.
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
  • 80 mL of warm water.
  • 5 eggs.
  • 1 cup of whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese.
  • 1 cup of fresh, diced salmon.
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley.

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Place the flour in a bowl and mix with the salt. Add the butter and work with your fingertips.
  • Step 2
  • When a gritty consistency has formed, add the water. Integrate without mixing too much, stretch the dough and cover individual tartlet molds.
  • Step 3
  • Place aluminum foil over the tartlets and fill with raw beans to gain weight.
  • Step 4
  • Bake in the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.

  • Mix the eggs with the cream, add the salmon, parsley and half of the Parmesan cheese.
  • Step 6
  • Remove the aluminum from the molds and fill with the egg mixture. Bake at 160°C for 20 minutes or until firm.

  • Unmold and finish with the remaining Parmesan.
