Instructions:
Step 1
We make a dressing by chopping a bunch of ginger and dried plums, and covering it all with olive oil. We are going to use this dressing later in a lot of recipes.
Step 2
Cut some thin salmon fillets like sashimi and marinate them with a little soy sauce, a little of the ginger dressing and the green part of the scallion.
Step 3
Saute chopped broccoli, carrots and scallions until al dente. We add it before and after sauté it well at the party with the ginger dressing.
