Cut the piece of red tuna into cubes and marinate it for 30 minutes with soy sauce.

Meanwhile, we boil the rice for as long as indicated by the manufacturer and when it is done we drain it and put chopped parsley and mix it and let it cool.

When the tuna is done, remove the soy sauce and add the sesame seeds and place it in a well-placed bowl.

Add the rice, the thinly sliced onion, the pepper and mango cut into cubes and the avocado in thin slices.
