200 g grated carrot (make it yourself, don't buy it already grated because it doesn't taste good!)
100 g fine oat flakes
40 g wholemeal spelt flour (you can survive for 20 g of coconut)
2 eggs
30 g erythritol
1 teaspoon of coconut sugar (or panela)
10 g chopped hazelnuts
10 g chocolate chips

Instructions:
Step 1
Mix the carrot with the oats and the flour
Step 2
Whisk the eggs with the erythritol and sugar with the rods at medium power until it foams and doubles in size. Add to the previous mix. Then add the hazelnuts and chocolate
Step 3
Put in a mold and place in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Step 4
It has to be in the medium-low oven tray (unless your oven heats up a lot from the bottom)
Step 5
If you feel like it, you can fill it with Nocilla Fit (recipe in my profile) or make a cream by mixing 3 tablespoons of cheese spread + 2 of yogurt + 1 of erythritol + vanilla)
