Ingredients

  • Chard
  • onion
  • mince
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Clean the chard leaves very well, reserve the stalks for another preparation.
  • Step 2
  • Chop the leaves finely and let them drain.
  • Step 3
  • Chop the onion and sauté it in a little oil. When it is golden brown, add the chard and continue until they lose most of the water and are soft.
  • Step 4
  • When the vegetables are soft, add the peppered minced meat and sauté.
  • Step 5
  • Let the mixture cool until you can handle it without burning yourself.
  • Step 6
  • Make the balls of the desired size with your hands, put a couple of pine nuts and place in the preheated oven up and down at 200º.

  • Take out when they are golden brown (30'). While preparing the sauces.

  • Serve accompanied by homemade fried tomato and garlic/olive oil.
