Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 1/2 cup of oatmeal
  • 1 cup wholemeal flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup of oil
  • Salt to taste.

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Preheat the oven. In a bowl, put the oatmeal, wholemeal flour, pumpkin, baking powder, oil and salt, mix until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
  • Step 2
  • Oil the baking tray and shape the dough, paint the sopaipillas with oil.
  • Step 3
  • Put them in the oven at 180° for 20-25 minutes. I got 8 sopaipillas but with a thick dough.
