1 cup pumpkin puree
1 1/2 cup of oatmeal
1 cup wholemeal flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup of oil
Salt to taste.

Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat the oven. In a bowl, put the oatmeal, wholemeal flour, pumpkin, baking powder, oil and salt, mix until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
Step 2
Oil the baking tray and shape the dough, paint the sopaipillas with oil.
Step 3
Put them in the oven at 180° for 20-25 minutes. I got 8 sopaipillas but with a thick dough.
