  • 1 salmon tail (or 1 slice per person).
  • 40 gr. of unsalted butter.
  • 1 onion.
  • 1 clove of garlic.
  • 2 oranges
  • 150 g of almonds.
  • Salt, pepper and dill.

  • In a saucepan, melt the butter and sauté the chopped garlic and onion, with a little salt.
