  • 75 gr. oat flakes
  • 20 gr. diced pitted dates
  • 20 gr. raisins
  • 15 g of chopped walnuts
  • 15 gr. coconut oil

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Cook the oat flakes over medium heat for 2 minutes in a wide pan without oil and without stopping stirring so that they do not burn.
