We peeled the carrots and zucchini and shredded. I did it in the Thermomix, but you can do it in any other robot or with a grater. I set 9 seconds speed 8 but you can watch it until everything is well shredded.

We lower the remains of the walls of the glass and add the egg, salt, pepper, oregano to our liking and the breadcrumbs, mix everything until we have a mixture left that we can handle. If we see that it has been too soft, we put more breadcrumbs, although it has to be soft, I had to make a ball, crush it a little and in the pan give it the shape and the hands greased with a little oil if we see that the dough sticks to us.

We shape the hamburgers, although as I told you when I picked them up to take them to the pan, they broke and I shaped them in the pan to which I put a few drops of oil and with kitchen paper I greased the bottom of the pan.

We put them to fry over medium heat and brown them to our liking and we go around with a spatula and carefully so that they don't break and ready.
