Instructions:

    Step 1
  • We peeled the carrots and zucchini and shredded. I did it in the Thermomix, but you can do it in any other robot or with a grater. I set 9 seconds speed 8 but you can watch it until everything is well shredded.
  • Step 2

  • We put them to fry over medium heat and brown them to our liking and we go around with a spatula and carefully so that they don't break and ready.
