Recipe of Petit Suisse raspberry with jam
Vida Recetas Editorial
The raspberry petit suisse with jam is a creamy and fruity dairy dessert, ideal for a light snack or a healthy treat. This homemade recipe combines the smoothness of light quark with the intense flavor of raspberry, both in the homemade jam and in the petit suisse mixture itself. Its origins trace back to Switzerland, where petit suisse is a very popular fresh cheese, and here we reinvent it with a fruity and natural touch.
The preparation is very simple and quick, perfect for beginners. The raspberry jam is made with frozen raspberries, honey, and gelatin, and is placed at the bottom of the glasses. Then, a mixture of quark, fresh raspberries, honey, and gelatin is prepared, poured over the jam, and left to set in the fridge. The result is a layered dessert, visually appealing and with a smooth texture that the whole family will love.
This version is lighter than the traditional one, as it uses light quark and honey instead of sugar. It is also very versatile: you can adjust the amount of jam to your taste or even try other berries. If you are looking for an easy, delicious, and homemade dessert, this raspberry petit suisse recipe is perfect.

When it has rested, put jam to taste in the bottom of the cup and take it to the fridge. You will have enough left over that you can store in a tupper and you have enough for a few days.
