To surprise my husband with a healthy snack, I'm going to explain to you how to prepare a special raspberry Petit Suisse with jam.

You can enjoy it with soda crackers or pieces of pineapple.

Ingredients

  • For the jam
  • 300 g frozen raspberries
  • 2 gelatin sheets
  • 2 generous spoonfuls of honey
  • For Petit Suisse
  • 350 g light whipped cheese
  • 15-20 raspberries
  • 30 g honey
  • 6 gelatin sheets.

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • For the jam, add the raspberries, the pre-hydrated gelatin and the honey in a pot with a splash of water. We stir until it is cooked and then let it rest.
  • Step 2
  • When it has rested, put jam to taste in the bottom of the cup and take it to the fridge. You will have enough left over that you can store in a tupper and you have enough for a few days.
  • Step 3
  • For the petit suisse we first hydrate the gelatine and when we have it we dissolve it in hot water (as little as possible)
  • Step 4
  • Put the dissolved gelatin and the other ingredients in the blender bowl and whisk.
  • Step 5
  • Take the cups out of the fridge, pour in the mixture and take them to the fridge again.
  • Step 6
  • You'll see that they curdle super fast and we have them ready! I hope you like them.
